Spheresoft Zip Code Tools for Excel

  You can now calculate the distance between addresses stored in Microsoft Excel. Distances are calculated "as the crow flies" (not by actual driving distances) and are provided in miles. You can also get a list of zip codes that lie within a given distance of a target zip code.

This tool is ideal for direct marketers and salespeople who keep lists of customers and potential customers in Excel and who want to segment this list geographically. For instance, you can quickly sort your list by distance from your office, prepare a mailing to everyone within a 10 mile radius, or get a rough idea of how long it will take to travel to a particular customer.
